3️⃣ Explain your challenges – Be clear about how ADHD affects your work and why you need coaching.
4️⃣ Choose your coach – If approved, you can request ADHD Coaching with Rachel as your support provider!
5️⃣ Start your sessions! – Once funding is in place, we’ll work together to create a plan that works for you.
