My journey to coaching

I wasn’t always an ADHD coach. In fact, for a long time, I struggled with time management, organisation, career struggles, burnout, etc. I tried all the usual advice, but nothing seemed to stick. 

Then I realised—most of the world isn’t built for ADHD brains! That’s when I started learning about ADHD-friendly strategies, and everything changed.

Now, as a certified ADHD coach, I help others navigate the same struggles I once faced—so you can stop feeling stuck and start thriving.
