How to Apply for Access to Work

1️⃣ Check if you’re eligible – You must be in (or starting) work and have if you have a disability, health, or mental health condition.
2️⃣ Apply online – Visit gov.uk/access-to-work and complete the application.
3️⃣ Explain your challenges – Be clear about how ADHD affects your work and why you need coaching.
4️⃣ Choose your coach – If approved, you can request ADHD Coaching with Rachel as your support provider!
5️⃣ Start your sessions! – Once funding is in place, we’ll work together to create a plan that works for you.
